A BILL to repeal §59-1-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing outdated language for fees to be charged by a notary public.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 1. FEES AND ALLOWANCES.

|1. Repeal of section relating to fees to be charged by a notary public.

            §59-1-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended is hereby repealed.

            NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove outdated fees to be charged by a notary public.
